Briony Collins
Owner & Founder
Briony Collins is a writer based in North Wales, where she also operates as the publisher Atomic Bohemian. She is the winner of the 2016 Exeter Novel Prize, runner up of the 2022 Danby Prize, and a winner of the 2024 Black Bough Manuscript Competition.
Briony is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and currently lectures in Humanities, English Literature, and English Language. She will soon complete her PhD in Creative Writing. She is also on the Poetry Wales Sub-Committee and takes an active role in supporting writers in Wales.
When she isn’t writing or teaching, Briony is curled up on the sofa watching terrible horror films with her husband, Tom, and their two guinea pigs, Brady and Delia.​​
